Target broadcaster

I have chosen BBC Radio 4 as my target broadcaster, and Inside Health as the targeted program simply because their program objective is 'to discuss health issues which people struggle to understand' which I think suits 'Combating Dementia' perfectly. 

 

Secondly, Radio 4's audience demographics are 35 to 75-year-olds, who are seeking or enjoy listening to intelligent current programmes whilst being on the move. Due to this, I believe this is something they would be thoroughly interested in.  

 

The objective of Radio 4 is to entertain and inform their core demographic with supplying them with current news and affairs. Dementia is something that they have produced multiple multimedia contents throughout the years, just earlier this year they released a series of audio and visuals packages called 'Living with Dementia'. This notifies me that my documentary is something they would be interested in.
